Helix One PC Work is a separate project portal for software, website, API, network, cloud and business IT work.

Why the portal exists

The portal is designed to keep project information organized. Customers can post requirements, approved experts can submit proposals, and administrators can retain customer, project and dispute records in one system.

Managed expert access

Expert accounts require administrator approval. Experts use a separate workspace and do not receive the main website administration credentials.

Project accountability

Project IDs, proposals, assigned experts and disputes remain linked so the relevant record can be reviewed later.
