These terms describe the basic use of the Helix One PC Work project portal.

Project descriptions

Customers are responsible for providing accurate project requirements and reviewing a proposal before accepting it.

Expert proposals

Experts are responsible for describing the proposed scope, price, assumptions and delivery estimate accurately.

Account use

Users must keep login credentials private and may not use the portal for unlawful, abusive or fraudulent activity.

Disputes

The dispute system records information for review. A dispute record does not itself guarantee a particular commercial outcome.
